Battery Warranty

This battery is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid under normal operating conditions and proper installation. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, overcharging, improper handling, or external factors. All warranty claims must be supported by valid proof of purchase and are subject to inspection and approval.

Warranty Claim Procedure

1. Contact Bosch Autoparts Customer Service via Seller Chat using the original buyer account for verification and arrangement.

2. Send the battery to the customer service point in Puchong, Selangor for inspection and diagnosis.

3. All transportation and removal costs are borne by the customer, and no temporary replacement battery will be provided.

4. If found faulty, a replacement will be issued with the remaining original warranty period. If not faulty or not covered, the battery will be returned.

5. Warranty assessment takes approximately 1 to 7 working days.

6. Uncollected batteries after 30 days will be forfeited and warranty voided.
